A humble family consisting of a father, mother, and their five children—only two appear in the photos because the others were at school at the time. They live in a small house where love is never lacking, but many necessities for comfortable living are scarce. The father works in construction and only comes home when he earns enough to put food on the table each day. Every night, when bedtime arrives, the seven of them squeeze onto a single bed. The parents try to make more room for the children, although often they themselves end up sleeping almost motionless. Even so, before closing their eyes, they always give thanks for being together, and often only the youngest sleep in the bed, the others on the floor. The situation in the kitchen is similar. They don't have a stove, so the mother often has to be resourceful to prepare food with what little they have. Despite the difficulties, they never let their children go to bed without at least something warm in their stomachs. The children dream of simple things: a bed where everyone can sleep better and a stove so Mom can cook more easily. They don't ask for luxuries, just a little more comfort in their home. This motivated us to seek help for this family, and thus give them a better life. With your contribution, we can change the lives of these children and bring peace of mind to these parents.
